Our families with students in Grades 3 – 8 have access to their child(ren)’s school attendance records and grades via a parent portal from our online database system.
If you already used this system last year, please continue to log in as you have done in the past. Your user name and password did not change unless you sent in a form this year with an email change, in which case, please use the new email address and your existing password.
If you are using the system for the first time, you can download the Parent Portal letter with detailed instructions or read the directions listed below.
For Parents Using the System for the First Time:
Go to https://parentportal.eschooldata.com/Login.aspx. You can log directly into the website using your log in user name and password. There is NO need to create a new account.
***Your user id is your e-mail address–the email address you gave the school; if more than one, it is the mother’s email address.
***Your password is password1 (You will be asked to change your password after first log in)
Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. Please document your password and keep it in a safe place. If you forget your user id or password, please contact the front office.
Once logged in, you will see your child(ren)’s name. Click on the student’s name and the portal opens up to the Profile page. Please click on the tabs to access the information. Only the current Marking Period Gradebook or Progress Report will show. Grades may take up to one week to be published after the assignment or test.
To see the Gradebook, please click on the Gradebook tab and then click on the View Gradebook Assignments button. (It might take a few seconds to load–please be patient.)
The Class Lists display on the left side of the screen. Click on a class, then the Gradebook opens. Next, click on the plus sign next to the category to see grades.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
*** Please note that grades and assignments might not appear immediately. Teachers will post information as soon as possible, but some grades and assignments may take up to one week to post.
You can click on the attendance tab also. A large D will appear twice in the columns. The D stands for Daily Attendance.
