KINSA - thermometer

You must present your “Green Thumbs up” on the KINSA app daily to enter the building.

You were given a thermometer with your school packet.  You should have downloaded the app and will take a temperature daily and answer a few COVID health related questions in order to earn your “Thumbs up”.

Latest Flow Chart

 Please review carefully all components of the chart to determine process and procedure for returning to school.  The major changes as noted by the committee include;

  •  The determination by the doctor or medical professional as to whether or not a COVID-19 test is needed.
  •  The ability of healthy children in the household being allowed to return to school when a parent/sibling is ill (or as otherwise instructed by the Department of Health guidelines).

We have recently submitted to the NYSDOH and the NYSDOE our Saint Peter RC School Plan for Reopening in September 2020. Along with anything new, there come questions and a need for explanations of certain things. Review our FAQ page to see some of the things that have already come to our attention and that we feel might be helpful to talk about in a bit more common language and detail.
